The vessel CATHERINE MOORE is a CUSTOM BUILT FLOATING CLASSROOM, passenger carrying, commercial power driven vessel. Her Hull was built by Arro Yachts of Biddeford ME and she was finished out by Wesmac of Surry, ME. As defined by inspection documents she was designed primarily for use on inland and coastal waters and used a classroom on the water. Her interior consist of a large lower main cabin area, currently set up as a classroom for an Aquaculture School. She has two head compartments, one is forward on the main deck and the secondary head compartment features a urinal and is forward and down in the focsol area, with a large tank and machinery space below the main cabin,. The Fly bridge is accessed by a staircase in the port forward salon and from the exterior steps on the starboard deck. The pilot house is extended with a large aft deck and aft vessel and equipment controls. The cabin sole is constructed of fiberglass over plywood and the majority of the interior finishes are gel coated fiberglass. This boat is overall in very good condition for her age and use and shows she has been maintained in above average condition. She presents as a good opportunity for a research group or school.
